MANDALAY ON THE HUDSON – JERSEY CITY
INTRODUCTION
Mandalay on the Hudson is a luxury high-rise condominium community located in downtown Jersey City.
This 25-story tower houses 269 condos located on the western bank of the Hudson River, providing both breathtaking views of the New York skyline and easy access to the city.

Mandalay features a heated outdoor pool on the Hudson waterfront surrounded by gardens, picnic and barbeque areas set against the a backdrop of the stunning Manhattan skyline. REAL ESTATE
Every home in Mandalay is a condominium, with individual ownership. Each owner pays their own taxes to the city of Jersey City, and condominium association fees to the Condo Association. The building was constructed in 2000 and converted to condominiums on 2006. There is a 20-year tax abatement and current taxes range from 1.4% to 1.6% of the sale price. There is no approval required from the Condo Board for the purchase or sale of apartments. No approvals are required for the lease of an apartment.
