 Harmon Cove is a gated community located in Secaucus, New Jersey.

GETTING THERE
 
Harmon Cove is conveniently located on Meadowland Parkway, and along the Hackensack River in Secaucus (population approx. 16000). It is 4 miles west of the Lincoln Tunnel. It is easily accessible from all of New Jersey's major highways, and from New York City by bus or rail.
 
NJ Transit buses make frequent stops at the Harmon Cove Club House during morning and evening hours, and outside the complex throughout the day, providing easy access to Manhattan (20-25 minute ride). Buses are also available for Secaucus Junction, offering convenient train connections to Penn Station, New York and many other points in New Jersey.

A PARADISE CLOSE TO MIDTOWN MANHATTAN
 
The townhouses are interspersed with 4 miles of paved trails meandering through wooded landscapes of trees and shrubs, and bordering the Hackensack River and river inlets. The New Jersey Meadowlands area has one of the largest natural preserves in Northern New Jersey, including 8200 acres of wetlands.
 
Less than 2 miles away is the Meadowlands Sports Complex, home to the NY Giants, NY Jets, NJ Nets, NJ Devils, horse racing, as well as concerts and exhibitions.
 
Secaucus is home to some of the biggest factory shopping outlet malls in the area.
 
Meadowland Hospital is located across from the townhouse main entrance.

Harmon Cove I and Harmon Cove II have their own Condominium Association.
 
The day to day management is handled by IMPAC.

Every townhouse in Harmon Cove is a condominium, with individual ownership. Each owner pays their own taxes to the town of Secaucus, and condominium association fees to the Harmon Cove (I or II) Condo Association. There is no approval required from the Condo Board for the purchase or sale of apartments. The Condo Board maintains a security deposit from each owner. No approvals are required for the lease of an apartment.
 
Pets are permitted.
 
The town of Secaucus collects a substantial portion of its revenue from commercial and retail/mall establishments. This has enabled the property tax rate in Secaucus to be low compared to other towns in the neighborhood. The town has a large police force, and low crime rates.
 
Secaucus continues to maintain a small town feel while being less than 4 miles from Midtown Manhattan.
